Expert Witnessing Services

Usually the IEP process provides an important element of support and/or change for our students. Unfortunately, this is not always the case and some IEP's are not as effective as we would hope, and require Due Process proceedings. In such cases, Dr. Gentry is readily available as an educational specialist and child psychologist to provide Expert Witness testimony at any stage in the Due Process proceedings. With his expert understanding of the autism spectrum and evidence-based treatments, and a comprehensive understanding of the school-based model for determining special education services, Dr. Gentry can play an important role within all of the different stages of Due Process. Dr. Gentry will assess each client in an independent and individualized manner so as to find the true educational needs of the student and provide expert opinion in determining if concerns and requests are likely to be confirmed as the process continues.

Please contact Dr. Gentry directly to learn more about his past experience as an expert witness and determine if his specialty areas are what you are looking for in an independent expert witness.
