Katie has been serving children with autism since 2005. She started her career as a research assistant at the University of Kansas, where she received her undergraduate degree. Since then, she has found a passion for early intervention and providing school-based therapy. She graduated with her master’s in special education from ASU and finished her behavior analyst course work from Penn State University. Through the years, Katie has worked in homes providing ABA therapy, in a preschool for children with autism, as a certified special education teacher, a 4th grade general education teacher and as a parent trainer. In her free time, you can find her cheering on the Kansas Jayhawks, hiking, and spending time with her husband and son.
