Sophia began working with children at the age of 15 and developed a passion for supporting their growth and development. In 2020, she began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she found fulfillment in helping children reach their full potential. Inspired by her experience growing up with a stepbrother with disabilities, Sophia is motivated to continue advancing her career in the field and remains dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of the children and families she serves.
