Having been in the healthcare industry since 2007, Kassandra has been a great asset for the company, with her vast knowledge in billing, credentialing, contracting, insurance plans, and health care networks. She has a passion for helping animals, and in her free time she volunteers with the local Akita Rescue of Arizona.
Stephanie is a bilingual office administrator that started with Gentry PBS in January of 2019. She graduated from MSC as a certified cosmetologist in 2015. Having worked in the field of HR, Stephanie has found that helping others is what she is most passionate about. She has had training in working with adults with disabilities and feels accomplished knowing that she has made a difference in someone’s life. On her free time, she loves spending time with her family and her dogs and recently started volunteering for events that give back to the community and help children and young adults with their functioning skills.
Alexis has worked in multiple healthcare settings providing the first step in patient care. In primary care, specialists offices, urgent care and hospitals, she has done the "behind the scenes" part of making sure someone leaves feeling better than before. Making sure that she is always up to date with new insurance rules and benefit details, she has a weird knack for the paperwork side of healthcare.
