Valerie worked as an enrichment teacher in Oakland, California from 2018-2021, where she discovered a passion for working with students in special education classrooms. After relocating to Phoenix, she was introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and has been a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2023. Valerie enjoys that ABA allows her to combine creativity with her love of working with children. She plans to return to school next year to pursue a degree in Special Education or Occupational Therapy, continuing her commitment to supporting and empowering children with diverse needs.
